Uma Breve Análise Sobre A Evolução Do Tema Sustentabilidade Em Relação As Compras Públicas No Âmbito Federal

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the evolution of the sustainability theme in public procurement. Through descriptive and interpretative qualitative research, the evolution of the theme of sustainability in public procurement, which currently corresponds to about 15% of the country's GDP, will be left, using the documentary research method, through a bibliographical review of the literature and current leg-islation, available on government websites. Among the main objectives of this work, the analysis of the evolution of the theme of sustainability in public procurement in the legal and administrative scope stands out. In this context, the study may significantly contribute to discussions on the topic of sustainable devel-opment. At the conclusion of the study, the effects of the legislation that most await for growth and sustainable development at the federal level will be discussed and the points of convergence that can be considered with other spheres of govern-ment as guides for the creation of planning instruments will be verified.
